1.Missing Breakfast: The brain runs on gluecose, so after being in a fasted state overnight, it's important to consume carbohydrates, which break down into gluecose, to refuel your brain in the morning.If you skip breakfast you are going to have a lower blood sugar level.This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the  brain causing brain degeneration. 


2.Sleeping Late: in the study, the researchers found that sleep deprivation makes it difficult for brain cells to communicate effectively, which, in turn, can lead to temporary mental lapses that affect memory and visual perception. 
3.High Sugar Consumption: even a single instance of elevated glucose in the bloodstream can be harmful to the brain, resulting in slowed cognitive function and deficits in memory and attention. Some research suggests high sugar consumption causes inflammation in the brain, leading to memory difficulties. 

    
       Ideal sugar recommendation for men should consume no more than 9 teaspoons (36grams or 150 calories) of added sugar per day. For women, the number is lower 6 teaspoons (25grams or 100 calories) per day. 

4.Smoking: nicotine from cigarettes is as addictive as heroin. Nicotine addiction is hard to beat because it changes your brain. The brain develops extra nicotine receptors to accommodate the large doses of nicotine from tobacco. 
              When the brain stops getting the nicotine it's used to, the result is nicotine withdrawal. You may feel anxious, irritable, and have strong craving for nicotine. It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to alzheimer disease.
